WDHS delivers a comprehensive range of quality and valued health and aged care services in Hamilton, Coleraine, Merino and Penshurst in Victoria's Western District. It incorporates Hamilton Base Hospital, the Frances Hewett Community Centre, the Grange and the Birches aged-care facilities, Coleraine District Health Service, Penshurst and District Health Service, the Merino Community Health Centre and the National Centre for Farmer Health.
