Promoter
Bouddi Foundation - Bells at Killcare Raffle 2025 (the ‘Raffle’) will be conducted by The Bouddi Society Inc. ABN 32 280 095 846 (the ‘Organisation’ or ‘Promoter’) on behalf of and for the benefit of The Bouddi Foundation for the Arts (the ‘Foundation’). The Society is a registered charity and operates The Bouddi Foundation for the Arts as a tax-deductible gift fund.
All proceeds will go directly to the Foundation to help raise funds for awards grants and scholarships to young creative people on the Central Coast.

The Raffle will close 1 hour prior to the Draw.
Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is open only to residents of NSW aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents of any other States and Territories are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following entities or individuals are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the management committee of the Bouddi Society Inc.
- Members of the management committee of the Foundation.
- Bells at Killcare, Pretty Beach House and their employees.
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix.
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
The Prize
The Prize is 2 nights for 2 persons (twin share) at a lodge at Bells at Killcare (Excludes peak periods). Value approximately $4000.00.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at Bells at Killcare on Sunday 29 June 2025 at 4pm.
Raffle tickets will be drawn at random from a sealed storage box or an electronic draw will be conducted. The first and only prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and SMS within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize winner’s name may be published on the Raffle Website and on website and social media pages of the Organisation and the Foundation and Sponsors.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit/charitable purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State Authority.
