Peninsula Rural Fire Brigade

Peninsula Rural Fire brigade is located on the Morisset Peninsula. Our brigade currently holds a membership of up to 50 members including junior cadet membership as well.

Throughout each year, we average approx. 160 incident calls, and these vary between- MVA’s, bush fires, structure fires, assist other emergency services, attend out of areas deployments and strike teams and the list does go on.

Peninsula Rural Fire brigade continue to strive hard for the community, as our community is our number one priority! It comes times throughout each year that we are required to fundraise to continue to keep our brigade operational and to purchase items for operational purposes as well. Items that we purchases are – Welfare, specialized nozzles, update technology for mapping purposes and more.

This year, we are hoping to bring a little extra joy to someone’s Christmas by completing a raffle just in time for the jolly big man, in the big red suit to draw throughout our Santa run.

This is where you can help. We are asking for a donation of a small voucher or a couple of items or even services that we put out there for someone within our community to win. We understand, that COVID has been tough on everyone this is why we are hoping e can make someone/s Christmas extra special.
