I Got You Ltd aims to reduce social isolation by increasing social connection and well-being through a range of initiatives aimed at addressing the diverse needs of our community, including sharing lived experiences, raising awareness and education around suicide prevention.

I Got You Ltd, based in Canberra, is dedicated to preventing suicide particularly in males through community engagement, volunteer-driven initiatives, tangible and emotional support services, and educational programs.
