Raffles are run in conjunction with the Glenaeon Family Fair, a community and fundraising event hosted by the Glenaeon Parents Association Incorporated

The GPA is an association incorporated in NSW and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC); its members are Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School Limited ("the School") and parents of students at the School. The GPA is authorised to fundraise for charitable purposes in NSW (Charitable Fundraising Authority no. 17468). Proceeds of funds raised by the GPA (including from raffles) are solely for the benefit of the School.
