The Fiji Community Association Far North Queensland (FCAFNQ) pioneers connection, opportunity and cultural pride across FNQ, through its three foundational pillars:

The organisation champions Fiji - Australian identity while creating real pathways for youths. Its flagship program, Our Youth .Our Future, partners with the Australasian Drilling Institute to deliver vocational training, practical driver-licensing support and job-ready skillsets for under-represented young people across Queensland.

And since Spring 2021, FCAFNQ brings the community together with the annual Fiji Airways Cairns7s Rugby Tournament in Cairns, Queensland Australia where sport, celebration and culture meet. By hosting players from Australia and the Pacific, the tournament becomes a powerful platform to showcase community strength, tourism vibrancy and the next generation of talent.
