Be Unstoppable Foundation

The BE UNSTOPPABLE FOUNDATION is a registered Charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC), focused on helping individuals by providing positive psychology and ‘positive mental health’ based programs to service individuals (adults and children) witnessing or suffering from ‘adverse mental health’ including stress illness, anxiety and depression, resulting from a crisis or challenging life circumstances, educating them with treatment and prevention measures to mental health problems and cultivating ‘positive mental health’ and mental strength for life-long well-being.

The foundation is focused on educating individuals about their own psychology and how ‘adverse mental health’ issues develop in the mind, with targeted programs to assist all people manage stress and anxiety, overcome depression, strengthen their mindset, control their emotions, build resilience, build self-significance, find meaning in their life and personally develop to achieve goals. All individuals within our programs are supported by counsellors and trained professional coaches, on their journey towards 'positive mental health'.
