1. Promoter

The Raffle will be conducted by Weston Workers Club (ABN 65 053 198 599) (“the Promoter”) via the RaffleTix platform.

The benefitting organisation is Weston Workers Club.

2. Raffle Promotion Period

• Raffle opens: 12:00am, 16 December 2025
• Raffle closes: 7:00pm, 25 February 2026
• Draw: 7:00pm, 25 February 2026, broadcast via the Weston Workers Club Facebook Page

Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Raffle Website

The Raffle will be conducted through RaffleTix. The official Raffle link will be accessible via the Weston Workers Club website and Facebook Page.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open only to:

• Residents of New South Wales (NSW)
• Aged 18 years or older

Residents of other States or Territories are not eligible.

5. Entry Restrictions

The following persons are not permitted to purchase tickets or win prizes:

• A person conducting the Draw Lottery or Art Union (including any person who determines who is to win a prize); and
• Any person who is involved in the management of any benefiting organisation of the Draw Lottery or Art Union.

The following entities are also ineligible:

• Weston Workers Club (Promoter)
• Any organisation benefiting from the raffle

6. Verification Requirements

Winners may be required to provide:

• Proof of age (18+)
• Proof of NSW residency

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in a redraw.

7. Number of Tickets

• No maximum number of tickets available.
• No limit on the number of tickets a participant may purchase.

8. Prize Details

Major Prize

• 2025 Toyota Corolla SX (Graphite)
• Valued at $39,753
• Includes drive-away costs.
• Winner is responsible for:
  • Vehicle insurance
  • Any ongoing costs
  • Safe and legal use of the vehicle

Prize supplied by Hunter City Motor Group, Maitland Road, Cessnock, where the vehicle must be collected.

Minor Prizes

• 24 × $250 Visa Digital Vouchers
• Delivered by email to winners.

General Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value (subject to approval).
• Images may be illustrative only.

9. Draw Details

The draw will be conducted electronically via RaffleTix by the Promoter in accordance with NSW laws and the approved Art Union regulations.

10. Winner Notification & Publication

• The major prize winner will be notified by phone and email within 3 business days.
• Minor prize winners will be notified by SMS and email.
• All winners will be published on the Weston Workers Club Facebook Page.

Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities if requested.

11. Prize Claim Conditions

• All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw.
• Major prize must be collected from Hunter City Motor Group, Cessnock.
• Minor prizes will be emailed to the winners.

Winners are responsible for their use of the prize and compliance with all laws.

12. Unclaimed Prizes

• If the major prize is unclaimed within 30 days, a redraw will occur at a date/time determined by the Promoter (subject to regulatory approval).
• Minor prizes will be re-issued only where appropriate.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Promoter will seek resolution with the complainant. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to NSW Fair Trading or other appropriate regulatory authority.

14. Privacy

Entrants who opt-in during ticket purchase agree to receive communications from the Promoter and authorised partners.

Entrants may opt out at any time by contacting the Promoter. Communications may continue until the entrant advises otherwise.
