Wishes by Travel and Leisure Quarter 3 2025 Raffle Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1. The Wishes by Travel and Leisure Quarter 3 2025 Raffle (“Raffle”) is conducted by Wishes by Travel and Leisure Ltd as trustee for the Wishes by Wyndham Fund, Level 5, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall, Queensland ABN: 35 814 852 304 (‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’).
2. The Promoter of the Raffle is Travel and Leisure Australia Pty Ltd ACN 090 083 613 Level 5, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall Qld. Phone: 07 5512 8888 (‘Promoter’) and the laws of Queensland apply to the conduct of the Raffle.
3. The Raffle will be operated via a digital raffle platform provided by RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd (“Raffletix”).
4. The Raffle’s partner charity will receive 100% of ticket sales sold less only the Raffletix platform fee of 4.4% of proceeds raised.
5. The Raffle will open from 9am AEST on 24 September 2025 and will close at 11.59pm AEST on 7 October 2025 unless we sell the maximum quantity of tickets before this date. We will sell up to 4,200 tickets in the Raffle. Participating states are QLD, NSW, TAS & VIC.
6. The Raffle will be drawn on 8 October 2025 at 11am AEST at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall Queensland by way of an approved random number generator.
7. All winners will be notified by email or telephone and the results will be published on the website https://clubwyndhamsp.com/making-waves-foundation-q3-raffle-winners/ & http://www.accorvacationclub.com.au/making-waves-qtr3 on 8 October 2025. Distribution of the prizes to the winners will begin from 8 October 2025.
8. TOTAL VALUE OF PRIZES: AU $5,888.80

Terms of Entry

1. Entry is open to all Travel and Leisure South Pacific Employees, Club Wyndham South Pacific Owners and Accor Vacation Club Members aged 18 years and over who reside in Australia by visiting the Raffle website. The website will bar entry from overseas or states or territories in which Raffle sales are not permitted or no permit has been obtained.
2. Wishes by Travel and Leisure directors and fundraising committee nor any persons engaged in the management, sale or supervision of the Raffle and their immediate family members are able to purchase any tickets or enter in the Raffle.
3. Only entries that have been paid for in full will be included in the Raffle. Payments received by invalid international, or interstate entrants will be refunded. Entry tickets will be issued via email following completion of the online purchase.
4. Payments are processed in real time by a third-party payment processing service and funds received (excluding any processing surcharge) will be paid to Wishes by Travel and Leisure.

Ticket prices

1. The price for entry tickets is 1 ticket for AU$10, 3 tickets for AU$20, 10 tickets for AU$50, and 25 tickets for AU$100.
2. The purchase of entry tickets by credit or debit card attracts a merchant processing surcharge of 1.70% + $0.30c per transaction. The surcharge is payable on top of the ticket price and does not form part of monies raised for this Raffle.

Prizes

1. Prize values are in Australian Dollars and are the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. In the event we are unable to supply the prize described, we reserve the right to supply a replacement prize of similar type and value.
2. The prize (in whole or in part) is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated. Any taxes, liabilities and costs not included with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
3. If there are no eligible entries in the Raffle, no draw will be conducted, and no prizes will be awarded.
4. In the event that any prize remains unclaimed the unclaimed prize will be dealt with in accordance with the combined regulatory requirements for the conduct of the Raffle.
5. Accommodation prizes are for consecutive nights (to the maximum stated in the prize description) in a hotel, studio or 1-bedroom apartment at one of the below listed properties. The reservation and stay must be completed within 12 months from the Raffle draw date and is subject to availability at the time of reservation and blackout periods. Blackout periods include all Australian School and Public Holidays along with other special event periods. The winner must pay any additional charges incurred during their stay. Upgrades and additional nights’ accommodation may be available at additional cost, and subject to availability. Any flights, meals, spending money, items of a personal nature and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not included are the responsibility of the prize winner.

Cancellations or amendments may incur a fee and are to be paid by the prize winner at the time of change.

The prize certificate must be presented on arrival. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

1. All prizes will be delivered to any Australian metropolitan area at no cost to the winner however, if delivery is to a location outside of a metropolitan area, delivery fees will be at the cost of the winner which will be payable to the supplier at the time delivery is arranged.

Draw of Winners

1. The Raffle will be drawn on 8 October 2025 at 11am AEST at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall Queensland by way of an approved random number generator.
2. All winners will be notified by email or telephone and the results will be published on the websites https://clubwyndhamsp.com/making-waves-foundation-q3-raffle-winners/ & https://www.accorvacationclub.com.au/making-waves-qtr3 on 8 October 2025. By entering the Raffle entrants consent to be notified by the Promoter.
3. In the event of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, pandemic natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, atomic war, invasion, or strikes, we may in our absolute discretion cancel or postpone the draw and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to legislation and the draw will be conducted on a substitute date to be notified to all entrants.
4. We will consider any dispute if submitted in writing within 28 days of the draw in line with legislation.

Privacy Policy

1. Raffletix will collect the personal information necessary to process Raffle entry tickets. The Raffletix privacy policy can be located here: https://www.raffletix.com.au/privacy. This information will be provided to the Promoter for the purposes of administering the raffle and notifying Raffle winners. Refer to our privacy policy for information on how we deal with your personal information: https://wyndhamap.com/privacy-notice/. At least one method of contact must be supplied for ticket issuance and service messaging. We reserve the right to send service-related communications subject to our privacy policy, regardless of the entrant’s contact preference.

Disclaimer

1. We take all reasonable endeavours to make sure that the information we publish is correct but we will not be held liable for any inaccuracy, omission, variation or error.
2. Photographs and imagery of the prizes are for promotional purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual prize but will be to the same value. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
3. To the extent permitted by law, we nor any suppliers of prizes to the Raffle will be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature however occasioned to any person by, through or in connection with the Raffle (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage or personal injury).
