We’re beyond excited to share with you the details of our Wanna Win a Pool competition. For just $25, you can go in the running to win your very own dream pool. What’s more, every cent raised goes to helping the amazing team at the Children’s Cancer Institute find a cure for childhood cancer.
We love doing what we do, and when we heard about the work the Children’s Cancer Institute are doing to reduce the number of Australian kids dying from cancer each year, we felt compelled to give back. We’ve rallied our wonderful trades and suppliers together, who’ll generously be donating their time, and we’re all set to make one lucky winner’s pool dream a reality.
At Cronulla Pools, we don’t do things in halves. If we’re in it, then we are going big – and we’ve never done anything quite as big as this. But we can’t do it without you.

Promoter
The Wanna Win A Pool? raffle will be conducted by Cronulla Pools via its nominee the Childrens Cancer Institute. The benefitting organisation is Children's Cancer Institute Australia (ABN 41 072 279 559). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Beneficiary
Net proceeds of the raffle will be in support of Childen's Cancer Institute. Children's Cancer Institute is the only independant medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to curing childhood cancer. Cancer kills more children than any other disease, so their research is critical.
The Raffle starts at 8.00 am AEST on 25 July 2021. The Raffle closes at 4 pm AEDT on 28 October 2021. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Greater Sydney, New South Wales only, persons aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to the Raffle Terms and Conditions available on the Cronulla Pools website (and link below) for more information (see Figure 1) before purchasing a ticket in this raffle to ensure that you are in a valid area of participation.
Tickets cannot be purchased by a member of the Cronulla Pools management committee, including the board of directors or executive management, employees or employeees of subsidiaries, all other parties (and their employees and agents) directly engaged in conducting the draw, or a family member of the aforementioned including spouses, de facto spouses, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children and adopted children or RaffleTix.
If requested, participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
The Prize
A pool build package valued at up to $75k. Prize value is accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Refer to the Raffle Terms and Conditions available on the Cronulla Pools website (and link below) for more information.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
15000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $25.00 each.
No maximum number of entries applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the raffle remains open and tickets are available.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place on October 29, 2021 at 12 pm AEDT online.
Draw Method
An electronic random number draw will take place in accordance with relevant State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by RaffleTix, the provider of the digital raffle platform.
Notification and Publication of Winners
The winner will be contacted by phone and email within four (4) business days of being drawn. Prize winners names will be listed on this website and the Cronulla Pools website and Facebook page. Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook pages for details.
Prize Claim Date and Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
In the event that the winner of any Draw prize cannot be contacted, despite every reasonable effort to do so, the prize will be held for a period of one month, after which it will be deemed as forfeited by the winner and another draw will take place to determine a new winner. Once the previous winner is deemed to have forfeited their prize, they will not have any right or claim to the relevant prize
