The United Bright Football Netball Club is a small country football netball club in north east Victoria. We are aiming to raise funds to upgrade facilities, such as nets behind the goals, and to put some money into our wellness fund. Our wellness fund is a fund available to any player who becomes injured during the year so they are not out of pocket.

We are raffling off a chance to win a $10,000 travel voucher to go anywhere in the world. If you are present when the raffle is drawn, you will also receive an extra $1,000 spending money.

Tickets are $50 each. There are only 1,200 tickets for sale.

The raffle will be drawn at 6pm AEST on 13 July 2024.

1. The Promoter is: United Bright Football Netball Club, located at Pioneer Park, Bright.

3. Entry is available to club members, community members, and the broader public.
4. The price of each ticket is $50.00.
5. There are 1200 tickets for sale.
6. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
7. The Raffle starts at 4pm AEDT, 29 March 2024. The Raffle closes at 4pm AEST, 29 June 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
8. Tickets can be purchased via www.raffletix.com.au/ubfncraffle2024 or by scanning of the QR code
9. You will not be able to purchase a ticket without full payment or entering all the required details.
10. Details required to buy a ticket include. Full name, email, phone number, and address
11. The total prize pool is: $10,000 travel voucher and an extra $1000 spending money if you are there when the raffle is drawn. Prize is not refundable for cash.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Raffle and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control. The Promoter will notify any changes to the Raffle to entrants as soon as possible. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
14. The winner will be drawn at 6pm AEST on Saturday, 13 July 2024 at the United Bright Football Netball Club clubrooms upstairs
15. The winner will be notified by phone call, email and publicly announced via the Promoter's Facebook page and website. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, the Promoter reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner.
16. If a replacement winner is required, the draw will be held at 5.30pm AEST on Saturday, 17 August 2024 at 5:30pm at the United Bright Football Netball Club. The replacement winner will be notified by phone call, email, and posted on the Promoter's Facebook page and website.
17. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
18. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this Raffle, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you do not consent to supplying this information you will be unable to enter in this Raffle.
21. Entry into the Raffle will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
22. The winner of the Raffle will be selected through a random electronic drawing from all eligible entries received during raffle period. The drawing will be conducted fairly and without bias by the RaffleTix automated electronic raffle drawing platform.
23. The Relevant States are Victoria and New South Wales.
24. Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
25. The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
    • Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
    • Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
    • Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
    • Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
26. The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
    • The Organisation conducting the raffle;
    • The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
