Father & Son Clown Duo: Elio & Mitchell Tullio in support of Shitbox Rally 2026 Two Clowns, One Angel: Elio & Mitchell Tullio - Raffle for Cancer Council

We’re following the journey of a father and son team — Elio and Mitchell Tullio — as they take on the 2026 Shitbox Rally to raise funds for the Cancer Council.

Their challenge?
Driving 3,000 km through remote, rugged outback Australia in a $1,500 “Shitbox,” surrounded by dust, breakdowns, unpredictable surprises, and the incredible support of fellow teams.

Their motivation comes from a deeply personal place.
The duo is dedicating their rally to Nerida Tullio, their family’s beloved wife, mother and Nonnina, who passed away from bladder cancer in 2024. With bladder cancer accounting for only about 2% of Australian cases, more research is urgently needed — and fundraising events like the Shitbox Rally help make that research possible.

To support their mission, the team is also running a Yamaha PW50 raffle, with all proceeds going directly to the Cancer Council.
