Sacred Heart Primary School is small in size but grand in heart! We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive school that nurtures the hearts, minds and spirits of all of our students. We have a beautiful and vibrant community, who continually come together to enrich student learning and well-being.
This November, we are holding our biennial Twilight Fair to provide a fun and memorable experience for our community, and to raise funds to enhance and upgrade our playground and outdoor facilities. Through the generous support of many local businesses, we have put together a mega raffle with over $5000 worth of prizes! Please purchase some tickets and give yourself the chance to win some incredible prizes! We thank you immensely for your support.
Sacred Heart Twilight Fair Raffle will be conducted by Sacred Heart Primary School via its nominee, Kate Moskal. The benefitting organisation is Sacred Heart Primary School ABN 60 675 797 734, a not-for-profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 31 July, 2026.
The Raffle closes at 6 November 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
3500 tickets are available for purchase.

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter's absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
The Draw will take place at 6pm on 6 November 2026, at Corner of Beasley Street and Hodgson Crescent, Pearce A.C.T.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
The draw will be conducted electronically using the RaffleTix random draw process and a random number generator. The winning ticket number will be selected at random from all eligible ticket numbers, with each ticket number having an equal chance of being drawn. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and in the School Newsletter page within 3 business days of being drawn.
Winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
If the raffle is open in the ACT, and the Winner resides in the ACT, and they do not claim their prize by 6 December 2026, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 6 November 2026, at Corner of Beasley Street and Hodgson Crescent, Pearce A.C.T. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date of the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.
If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at office.shps@cg.catholic.edu.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
