Supporting Local Communities Across the Capricorn Coast
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you are helping Yeppoon Lions support three outstanding local organisations that provide vital services to people across our region.
Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service (CapRescue) is a community-based, not-for-profit aeromedical and search-and-rescue service operating throughout Central Queensland. Based in Rockhampton and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the service provides emergency medical care, patient transfers, winch rescues and search operations. Importantly, these lifesaving services are provided free of charge to patients when they need them most.
iCare Community Project delivers emergency relief and crisis support to local individuals and families facing financial hardship. Operating from The Community Centre in Yeppoon, the initiative was established to provide practical assistance to vulnerable members of our community through donated funds, goods and essential support services during difficult times.
Food Relief Capricorn Coast (Yeppoon Food Relief) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping local families, pensioners and low-income earners manage the rising cost of living. Through its weekly low-cost grocery market in Yeppoon, the organisation provides affordable access to essential food and household items while supporting those doing it tough.
Every raffle ticket purchased helps these organisations continue their important work and make a positive difference throughout our local community. Thank you for your support.
