St Rita’s College Parents and Friends' Association is holding it's Annual Raffle! Proceeds from the raffle will be used to improve facilties and fund projects for the benefit of current and future student of the College. Funds raised from the 2024 raffle will support the Nano Nagle Library refurbishment project.
About the Raffle
Promoter
The St Rita's College 2024 P&F Annual Raffle will be conducted by St Rita's College Limited (ABN: 61 054 678 349) of 41 Enderley Road Clayfield QLD 4011, a not-for-profit organisation.
Beneficiary
Net proceeds of the raffle will be in support of the St Rita's College Parents and Friends' Association, to fund projects for St Rita's College.
Promotion Period
The raffle starts at 9am AEST on Friday, 3 May 2024 and closes at 7:15am AEST on Wednesday, 28 August 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories, aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- Queensland (QLD)
- New South Wales (NSW)
Residents of other States and Territories are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- the current President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the St Rita's College Parents and Friends Association.
- a person directly engaged in organising the raffle or conducting the raffle draw,
- a member of the St Rita's College Board of Directors,
- a member of the St Rita’s College Leadership Team, or
- a member of the immediate family of a person mentioned in 1, 2, 3, or 4. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

Second Prize
Apple Products Pack - Valued at $2,598.00
Prize includes an Apple iphone 15 Pro, Gen 2 Airpods and an Apple SE 40mm watch.
Third Prize
Treetops Seaview Montville Experience - Valued at $1,360.00
Prize includes two (2) nights accommodation at Treetops Seaview Montville for two people in a Standard Treehouse, in room couples massage and a bubbles and chocolates pack.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images are for illustrative purposes only and are not an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
2500 tickets are available for purchase, at $50.00 each or three (3) tickets for $100.00.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 7:45am AEST on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, at a St Rita's College Father/Daughter Breakfast, Eagle Farm Racecourse, Ascot QLD 4007.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First Prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within three (3) days of being drawn. Prize winners name will be published on the RaffleTix website and the St Rita's College Facebook page by Saturday, 31 August 2024. Please check the website for details.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Winners are to contact The Promoter in order to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
