St Jude's MEGA Raffle Terms and Conditions
• How (including any conditions) to enter
Tickets can be purchased up to and on the day of the Fete. Tickets will be sold for $10 each, or 5 for $40. Tickets will be able to purchased online via RaffTix, via a QR code or URL. Entrants are to include their contact details.
There is a limit of 2,000 tickets available for purchase in this raffle.
• Date, time and method of draw
Saturday 15 March, 13:50pm. At the fete stage over microphone, winners will be drawn via the RaffTix platform, and announced/
• How and when winners will be notified
Prize winners will be announced immediately over the microphone speaker system. Winners will also be contacted in writing via email on Monay 17th March 2025. Winners will also be announced through School announcement system.
• The method for claiming prizes (including any requirement to be in attendance at the draw)
Winners will be able to collect their prizes on the day at the Fete. Should they no longer be in attendance, they can be collected from the Primary School Front office during business hours, or by alternate arrangement.
• How the results will be published

Should the winner not make arrangements with the school for collection of prizes prior to Tuesday 25 March 2025, the prizes will be redrawn. The prizes will be redrawn via the RaffTix website on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at 3:10pm
• Beneficiary
All money raised through the Raffle will be combined with other proceeds of the other fete fundraising towards the refurbishment of the school oval at St Jude’s Primary School Holder
