Up for grabs is a brand new, custom LPR16 Kids Electric Bike, valued at $2,000, proudly donated by our amazing sponsors at Little Pro Rider Electric Bikes.

The LPR16 is one of the most popular kids electric bikes going around, built for young riders who want power, style and fun. Weighing only 15kg, with a punchy electric rear wheel hub motor, front and rear suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, and a strong alloy frame, this bike is made to move. 

Even better, this one is a true Sharks one-off, finished with a custom maroon paintjob to represent Shellharbour Sharks JRLFC.

LPR16 Kids Electric Bike Raffle

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this raffle is the Shellharbour Sharks Junior Rugby League Football Club ("the Club").
2. Prize
   The prize consists of one (1) LPR16 Kids Electric Bike ("Prize").

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Club reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

1. Eligibility

• Members, supporters, players, families, and the general public are eligible to enter.
• Committee members and their immediate family members are eligible to enter provided tickets are purchased in the same manner as all other entrants.

1. Ticket Sales

• Tickets will be sold at the price advertised by the Club.
• Each valid ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the raffle draw.
• Ticket sales will close at the time and date advised by the Club.

1. Draw Details

• The raffle will be drawn at a date, time and location determined by the Club and communicated through Club channels.
• The draw will be conducted randomly.
• The first valid ticket drawn will win the Prize.
• Winner takes all.

1. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• The winner's name may be published on the Club's website and social media platforms for promotional purposes.

1. Prize Collection

• The winner must claim and collect the Prize within 30 days of notification unless otherwise agreed by the Club.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 30 days, the Club reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

1. Liability

• The Prize is awarded in its existing condition and subject to any manufacturer's warranties.
• The Club accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or liability arising from the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure the Prize is used safely and in accordance with all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.

1. Privacy

• Personal information collected for the raffle will only be used for the administration of the raffle and related Club activities.
• Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

1. General Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary to comply with applicable laws or to facilitate the proper conduct of the raffle.
• The Club's decision regarding any aspect of the raffle is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NSW Permit Requirements
If the total prize value exceeds the threshold requiring a permit under NSW law, the Club will obtain any necessary authority or permit prior to conducting the raffle.
