We are a family run gym we offer adult and kids boxing, self defence and jiu-jitsu!

Like most gyms we use the art of hard work through physical training to develop on physical and mental growth. 

But we feel there is more to human development than just pushing yourself physically. 

So here at B&B we incorporate breath work into each session to help you clear & strengthen the mind, which in turn strengthens your connection to spirit

We make sure you put in as much work internally as you do externally.

During our training programs there are going to be moments of resistance, either physically or mentally.

You see a lot of us are able to push our bodies physically but how many of us are capable of dealing with mental resistance? 

We know from personal experience that on the other side of resistance is growth and lessons to be learnt. 

We are here to help guide you through these temporary moments of resistance.
