Rye Lions is a non for profit club, part of Lions International, the biggest service organisation in the world. Lions are men and women who simply want to be involved and to make our community a better place to live, make lasting friendships and have fun! Our main focus is to serve our local community, we also assist our neighbours, help with medical research, disaster relief and other humanitarian projects across Australia and Internationally. Where there's a need, there's a Lion !
Rye Lions are renowned for our sausage sizzles where we support many projects, events and groups. Due to COVID-19 we have had to cancel our Annual Boat Raffle, this is our biggest fundraiser which enables us to donate many thousands of dollars to these worthwhile causes. Still wanting to serve and help, especially now, we are holding our CHRISTMAS KAYAK RAFFLE, please support our efforts, and have the chance to win kayaks to the value of $4,800, a fantastic Christmas present, just in time for some family fun in the sun!
