Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc. Rotary Club of Ballarat South Community Assistance Raffle

We thank all our prize suppliers for their support in providing such fantastic prizes to support the many clubs benefiting from this raffle.

This Community Assistance raffle is being operated by the Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc. (A0014698X, ABN 69 344 808 301) based in Ballarat, Victoria. The Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc. is a not-for-profit community service organisation. Costs, such as permits, prizes, taxes, promotion, etc are part funded by a proportion of the ticket price and part funded by the Rotary Club of Ballarat South Community funds. The selling clubs receive the majority of the purchase price of the ticket.

The Rotary Club of Ballarat South does not sell any tickets in this raffle.

All of the ticket sellers are from multiple not for profit clubs and associations that are not associated with the Rotary Club of Ballart South. Ticket sellers will have a unique URL and QR code for purchasers to use so that the proceeds of their sales will be credited directly to their club when the raffle is completed.

The Rotary Club of Ballarat South Community Assistance Raffle will be conducted by Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc (ABN 69 344 808 301). The benefitting organisations are community service and not-for-profit agencies registered as approved vendors with the Rotary Club of Ballarat South.

The Raffle starts at 9.00am AEDT on 5th December 2025.

The Raffle closes at  11:59pm AEST on 15th May 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• Victoria (VIC)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee of the Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Rotary Club of Ballarat South Inc;
• The community service and not-for-profit agencies benefitting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

125,000 tickets are available for purchase at $5.00 each.

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

• 1st Prize: Mazda CX-5 Sports – RRP $46,346
• 2nd Prize: $5,000 Gift Voucher from Holiday and Cruise Centre Ballarat plus a $550 luggage package ($5,550)
• 3rd Prize: $2,000 Fuel Card from APCO, Learmonth Street Alfredton
• 4th Prize: $1,000 Gift Voucher from Bunnings, Delacombe
• 5th Prize: Wilson's Ballarat: $500 voucher
• 6th Prize: Ballarat Wildlife Park – two vouchers valued at $185 each ($370)

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter's absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The draw will take place at 11.00am AEST on 23rd May 2026 at Rotary Place, 202 Burnbank Street Lake Wendouree, Victoria.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Rotary Club of Ballarat South's, website and official Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.

Winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at raffle@rcbs.org.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
