The prize includes all on-road costs (stamp duty, 12 months’ compulsory third party insurance, 12 months’ registration).

Prize must be collected from a Westpoint Autos dealership located in the Brisbane metropolitan area of Queensland (Dealership), as nominated by the Winner. RizeUp and Westpoint Autos will not cover any personal travel costs for any Winner to collect the Prize. 

All other applicable costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with acceptance or delivery of, or enjoying the use of the Prize, not listed above are not included and are the responsibility of the winner of the Prize (Winner). The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable. The winner of the Prize cannot redeem the Prize for cash. 

The date of delivery will be no more than one month from claim of the Prize. 

If the Winner is from another Valid State of Entry:

RizeUp will cover the cost of delivery and registration up to a maximum of $2,500.  RizeUp and Westpoint Autos will not cover any additional costs, or personal travel costs for any Winner to collect the Prize.

Winner Obligations:

The Winner must provide proof of identity (drivers licence) to RizeUp, including their current phone number and email address. This information will be provided to Westpoint Autos and the Dealership to facilitate delivery of the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
