Queensland Koala Society is a not-for-profit, 100% volunteer based organisation dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing the now ENDANGERED KOALA.

QLD KOALA SOCIETY XMAS RAFFLE 2024

Purchase your tickets to help save the now ENDANGERED koalas and help support Queensland Koala Society to protect Australia's most iconic species.

Help us to raise much needed funds for the Queensland Koala Society (QKS). QKS is a not for profit volunteer organisation that provides prompt FREE 24/7 rescue service for the survival of our favourite and now endangered Aussie icon, the Koala.

QKS is committed to conserving koala populations for future generations, to promote the preservation of the environment and contribute to Australia's biodiversity within the Southeast Queensland region.

They rely on the general community to call the rescue hotline for sick, injured, displaced or orphaned koalas.

Our highly skilled and expert rescuers volunteer to rescue these animals with their rescue vehicles and transport them to the closest wildlife hospital so that they can receive the medical treatment they require as soon as possible. We have rescued over 1200 koalas which is 1200 too many. 

QKS also has a property at Chandler Brisbane 4155 where we rehabilitate most Australian wildlife with the focus on koalas.
