Promoter

Pub Choir Christmas Fundraising Extravaganza 2025 will be conducted by the Women's Legal Service Queensland. The benefitting organisation is Women's Legal Service Queensland ABN 72685598982. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 9:00AM, Tuesday 11 November 2025. The Raffle closes at 8:45PM (approx), Thursday 11th December 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

• Queensland
• New South Wales
• Victoria

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Any person conducting the draw; or
2. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Pub Choir experience prize is valid for any Australia East Coast Pub Choir show in 2026.

The EVA Air prize is subject to terms and conditions supplied by EVA Air. 

Maximum number of tickets

A maximum of 8,500 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at approx 8:50PM at Brisbane Riverstage, 59 Gardens Point Road, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' numbers will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn. 

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 3 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

Prize winner notice 

1. The certificate is not for sale with no commercial value and cannot be cashed or re-issued for any reason. Applicable taxes and fees are needed to be collected for ticket issuance. For voluntary refunds, booking service charge (YR) is non-refundable. Passengers who do not cancel their reservations nor show up for their flights, No-Show fee will be charged for any rebooking or deducted from taxes refund afterwards. Please contact local EVA Air ticketing office for further information.

2. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable.

3. Please contact EVA Airways reservations office to book your itinerary at your earliest convenience prior to your departure and present this certificate and your Identifications for exchange of ticket within the ticketing deadline. 4. This ticket is not applicable to Infinity Mileagelands/ Star Alliance member Airlines Program, EVASION Program and all other promotional programs.
