All funds raised will go to creating safer futures for women and children impacted by domestic and family violence.
The online raffle will close at 8:45pm on Wednesday 18th December 2024, with winners being announced at 8:50pm.
About the Raffle
Promoter
Pub Choir Christmas Fundraising Extravaganza 2024 will be conducted by the Women's Legal Service Queensland. The benefitting organisation is Women's Legal Service Queensland ABN 72685598982. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9:00AM, Wednesday 23rd October 2024. The Raffle closes at 8:45PM, Wednesday 18th December 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Board from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
The mini Brisbane Pub Choir Experience is to be held in Brisbane, if the prize winner and/or guests are located outside of Brisbane they are to pay their own travel costs. Venue not included in this prize.
The Golden Ticket prize is valid for any Pub Choir in 2025, travel costs are not included.
Maximum number of tickets
A maximum of 8,500 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 8:50PM at Brisbane Riverstage, 59 Gardens Point Road, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners will be displayed on a slide at the event and projected to the attendees.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
