Michael O'Brien was a devoted father to Lily (14) who previously played for the Kolts, Hattie (10) and Teddy (5) who currently plays for the Kolts, as well as a loving husband to Olivia. He was a structural engineer at Aurecon for nearly 20 years and he taught scripture at Tallowood School in Kellyville once a week, on his lunch break. He was grateful to raise his family in Kellyville and then North Kellyville since 2013. Unfortunately, at the start of the winter season, he suffered a brain aneurysm which left him fighting for his life, before he passed away tragically on May 28th. A few of our community members reached out to us about supporting the O'Brien family as our fundraising recipient and we couldn't agree on a more worthy cause for our 2025 Prattent Cup.
The Kellyville Kolts aim to raise $15,000 for The O'Brien Family with their Prattent Cup raffle and we need you! Your generous support will help the family cope with the financial stress of losing a loved one.
Thank you to each and every one of you for purchasing a ticket.
Remember, you stand a chance to win some incredible prizes while making a real positive difference in the lives of the O'Brien family.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday the 28th of June for a day of fundraising, football and not to mention fabulous food and inflatable fun for the young ones!
*Prize winners not present on the day will be contacted after the draw.
