Sts Peter & Paul’s School Oval
All funds raised will go towards upgrading our school oval and seating facilities — an exciting project that will benefit every student and our broader community.
This raffle is proudly presented by the Parents & Friends Association as part of the biennial Sts Peter & Paul’s School Fete — a much-loved event that supports and connects our school and local families.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is the Sts Peter and Paul's School P&F Association, 33 Alexandra St, Bulimba QLD 4171 (ABN 63 652 701 456) (“Promoter”). Proceeds from this raffle will be used to support Sts Peter and Paul's School.
Raffle Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am on Monday 25 August.
The Raffle closes at 2:59pm on Saturday 25 October or when the maximum number of tickets is sold, whichever occurs first. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Entry Restrictions
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

Any person conducting the draw for the raffle;

Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix; or
-
Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
Tickets
5000 tickets are available for purchase.

Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Prize Details
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website. Total prize pool is valued at AU$13,000.
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter's absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at the Sts Peter and Paul’s School Fete at 3pm on Saturday 25 October 2025.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Sts Peter and Paul’s P&F Association Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have three (3) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.
If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
