RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
The 2024 Padua College Car Raffle will be conducted by Padua College Limited (ABN: 20 072 693 700) of 80 Turner Road, Kedron Qld 4031. Padua College Limited is a not-for-profit organisation. Net proceeds of the raffle will support the College in funding a range of projects and activities which will benefit the students of Padua College.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 8am AEST on Monday 19 August 2024. The Raffle closes at 5pm on Wednesday, 27 November 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
- Queensland
- New South Wales
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Maximum Number of Tickets
2,500 tickets are available for purchase at $50 each.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.
Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Board of Directors of Padua College Limited;
- Members of the Senior Leadership Team of Padua College;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 8am AEST on 29 November 2024 at Padua College, 80 Turner Road, Kedron QLD 4031.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
Raffle tickets will be drawn at random from a sealed storage box. The first and only prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and on Padua College's Facebook page. The Prize Winner will also be announced in public at a College assembly held on the afternoon of 29 November 2024.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize. If the Winner resides in Queensland, the Winner has thirty-six (36) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
Winners are to contact admin@padua.qld.edu.au in order to claim their prize.
If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at cisherwood@padua.qld.edu.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
