The prize is personal to the named recipient, is non-transferable, and can only be redeemed by that individual. The promoter and/or resort shall not be responsible for loss, alteration, theft, or expiry of any prize certificate. Travel Inclusions & Restrictions A flight allowance of up to AUD $1500 per person applies and covers return economy air travel from Perth to Bangkok only. Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from Perth Airport to board the eligible flight. Any incidental or additional costs not expressly stated, including transfers, meals, taxes, or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the prize holder. Any unused portion of the prize or flight allowance is non-refundable. Validity, Availability & Forfeiture The prize is valid for travel between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2027, subject to availability. The prize is not valid during blackout periods, including:

• 5 February – 13 February 2027
• 13 April – 15 April 2027

Failure to book by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize. Expired prizes are non-refundable in whole or in part and will not be honoured once the validity period has ended. Voucher Use & Restrictions The prize or any associated gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or certificate. Prizes should be treated like cash — lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced or refunded. Prizes may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. Fraud & Misuse My Holiday may cancel or render invalid any prize that it reasonably believes has been:
• purchased or obtained fraudulently; or
• resold or obtained through unauthorised resale channels (including online auction or other unauthorised resale sites).

My Holiday may also cancel any bookings made using a fraudulent prize, including bookings involving non-refundable amounts. My Holiday is not responsible for any costs incurred if you purchase or attempt to redeem a fraudulent prize. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem any available balance on a fraudulent prize and that My Holiday is not obliged to hold such balance on file or otherwise redeem or exchange the prize.
