NTI MND Research Raffle 2025

Every day in Australia, two people are diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and two people die of MND.

By supporting this raffle, you are helping us fund vital MND Research into an effective treatment or cure.

The NTI MND Research Grant and other grants funded by this raffle, are provided to researchers right here in Australia who are doing all they can to beat this beast of a disease.

The NTI MND Research Raffle 2025 will be conducted by the The MND and Me Foundation via its nominee, Jane Milne. The benefitting organisation is The MND and Me Foundation (ABN 34 148 877 141), a not-for-profit organisation.

The Raffle starts at 9.00am (AEST) on Monday, 7 April 2025.

The Raffle closes at 12.00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 13 July 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
• New South Wales (NSW)
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Queensland (QLD)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Victoria (VIC)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee of The MND and Me Foundation Limited;
2. Employees of The MND and Me Foundation Limited and Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

66,000 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of:

• 1 ticket for $20
• 2 tickets for $40
• 3 tickets for $50
• 6 tickets for $100
• 18 tickets for $250
• 50 tickets for $500
• 100 tickets for $1000
• 500 tickets for $5000
• 1000 tickets for $10,000

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

The prize consists of new 2025 Toyota Tundra and New Age, Manta Ray Expedition 19ft caravan. Both will come with manufacturer's warranty, registration, 12 months' insurance, and delivery to a valid entry state in Australia.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Draw will take place at 1.00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 13 July 2025, at Reid Park, Townsville QLD 4810.

A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first.

The Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the MND and Me Foundation Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.

The Winner has twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.

If the raffle is open in Queensland, and the Winner resides in Queensland, the Winner has thirty-six (36) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.

If the raffle is open in the ACT, and the Winner resides in the ACT, and they do not claim their prize by 11.59pm on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 1pm AEST on Friday, 15 August 2025, at The MND and Me Foundation Limited, Shop 5 28-32 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date of the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at jane@mndandme.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
