The famous Christmas Mega Raffle is back in 2024, better than ever!
We're giving away a total of 80 prizes with a combined value of over $15,000! From luxury hampers to TVs, gift cards, amazing kids toys and Australia Zoo experiences - there's something for everyone!
All prizes will be drawn on Saturday 30 November, 2024 in 4 draws - 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm.

Prizes must be claimed and collected by 3pm, Monday 02 December 2024.

- The promotion will be known as the Christmas Mega Raffle.
- The Christmas Mega Raffle will be run from 9:30am Thursday 7th November – approximately 5:00pm on Saturday 30th November.
- Tickets for raffles will go on sale from 9:30am on Thursday 7th November 2024.
- Tickets will be on sale for:
- 5 tickets for $5
- 15 tickets for $10
- 30 tickets for $20
- 50 tickets for $30
- 100 tickets for $50.
- Raffle ticket sales will continue until 5pm on Saturday 30 November 2024, at which time the final draw will begin.
- There will be 4 draw times of 2pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm.
- All tickets will be valid in each of the draws except in the case of the below:
- Tickets sold after the first draw (at approx. 2pm) will only be valid for prizes numbered 21-80.
- Tickets sold after the second draw (at approx. 3pm) will only be valid for prizes numbered 41-80.
- Tickets sold after the third draw (at approx. 4pm) will only be valid for prizes numbered 61-80.
- Each draw will contain be 20 prizes allocated to a winning ticket number.
- The total prize pool will be $15,066 (RRP)
- Prizes will be labelled 1 to 80 and will correspond with the order of the winning numbers drawn.
- To determine raffle ticket winners, the RaffleTix program will be used.
- The name and winning number winner will be displayed during the draw process.
- When the number is determined the member or guest who holds the raffle ticket number will be the winner. Each winner will be announced to claim their prize from Reception at the time of the draws.
- Raffle tickets are valid for draws Raffle Ticket Draws only (prizes 1-80) (except when purchased after a draw as per term 7.)
- Re-draws will not take place in respect to raffle ticket draws.
- Winners will have until 3:00pm on Monday 02 December 2024 in which to claim and collect their prize.
- Prize winners check if they win a prize by clicking the link provided with their raffle ticket numbers.
- One Promotion Employee will conduct this promotion from Reception in a designated area.
- The Promotion Compere will be responsible for conducting the draws, making a club wide announcement and issuing prize draw tickets and prizes to members and at the end of the promotion forwarding a list of winners and prizes won to the reception team & Marketing department.
- Once the promotions staff have given away the prizes that have been claimed, they will pass on a copy of the winner sheet to the reception team so they can issue any prizes as the night progresses.
- Norths Leagues and Services Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person in connection with this promotion.
- Staff of Norths Leagues and Services Club are not able to purchase tickets in the Christmas Mega Raffle.
- This promotion may be paused, cancelled, postponed or edited at any time, without notice.
- The decisions of the management of Norths Leagues and Services Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
