Veteran Gaming Australia New Gaming PC - Supporting Military Veterans & Families Raffle

Promoter/Beneficiary
The New Gaming PC Raffle will be conducted by Veteran Gaming Australia Limited.  The benefitting organisation is Veteran Gaming Australia Limited (ABN 13 655 607 382). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

All funds raised support the Veteran Gaming Australia Limited charity which provides a safe space for Veterans and their Families with many amazing programs supporting Veteran Hospitals, Veteran Wellbeing Centres, Veterans & their Families throughout Australia. Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12:00 am (AEST) on Monday 3rd August, 2026. The Raffle closes at 4:55 pm (AEST) on Saturday, 31st October, 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time. 

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

Tickets must not be purchased by any person directly involved in the conduct, management, administration, or drawing of the raffle, including any employee, contractor, volunteer, officer, director, committee member, or agent who has responsibility for, or access to, the administration or outcome of the raffle.

The association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, as a legal entity, is not eligible to purchase tickets.

Employees, volunteers and other representatives of the association who are not directly involved in the conduct or administration of the raffle may purchase tickets unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Immediate family members of any person ineligible under this clause are also ineligible to purchase tickets. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "immediate family member" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or any person residing in the same household as the ineligible person.

The Prizes

1st Prize - An amazing Custom built Gaming PC built from the ground up by Campbell's Custom Computers, Lenovo Legion 27" QHD IPS 240Hz Gaming Moniter, Corsair K55 Core RGB Wired Gaming Keyboard and ASUS TUF Gaming M3 Gen 2 Mouse. Valued at $2,498.

*Prizes include delivery to any valid State of Entry, to the winners home address. 

Total Prize Pool Value is $2,498

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Maximum number of tickets
999 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $5 each.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 5pm (AEST) on Saturday, 31st October 2026, at 8 Reed Street, Ripley, Queensland, 4306. 

Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. 

Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on the RaffleTix website and the Veteran Gaming Australia Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn (by Tuesday, 03 November 2026). Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook page for details.

Prize Claim Date
Winners will have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.  Winners are to contact enquiries@veterangamingaustralia.org.au in order to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
