Netball NSW 2026 Hyundai Community Netball Raffle

2026 Hyundai Community Netball Raffle will be conducted by New South Wales Netball Association Ltd ('NNSW') (ABN 19 001 685 007). The benefitting organisations may include: NNSW, Affiliated Clubs, Associations, and Premier League Licensees. To be eligible, an Association must be an Affiliate Member of NNSW as defined by the NNSW Constitution, or be a Club affiliated with that Association in accordance with the Constitution of the Affiliate Member or be a Premier League Licensee in accordance with the Premier League Competition Regulations ('Eligible Organisations').

The Raffle Website will be accessible from: www.raffletix.com.au/netballnsw2026

All raffle ticket purchases must be conducted through the Raffle Website. There will be no printed tickets for this raffle.

Eligible Organisations will be pre-registered by NNSW.

Eligible Organisations may opt out of the promotion by contacting NNSW via email to: reception@netballnsw.com

Eligible Organisations will be provided with a unique Tracking URL and associated QR Code, which they can use in their communications to their audience. If a ticket buyer clicks on that Tracking URL or scans the associated QR Code and completes a transaction, the Eligible Organisation will be identified as the beneficiary of that transaction.

Ticket buyers will have the option of searching for and selecting an Eligible Organisation via the Raffle Website to be the beneficiary of their raffle ticket purchase.

All funds from ticket sales in the raffle will be collected by NNSW throughout the raffle period.

NNSW will disburse funds/proceeds to the relevant club, association, or licensee bank account via EFT by the end of October 2026, after the deduction of raffle expenses (including processing and administration costs).

The Raffle starts at 9.00am AEST on 1 May 2026.

The Raffle closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• New South Wales (NSW): Art Union Authority GOCAU/2597

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. All NNSW Staff Members, Members of NNSW's Board of Directors and executive management;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefitting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

250,000 tickets are available for purchase at $2.00 each.

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter's absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The total prize pool is $51,762

• First Prize is a 2026 Hyundai INSTER valued at $50,612, including on-road costs;
• Second Prize is 5 x $200 HART Sport Gift Cards valued at $1,000;
• Third Prize is a 2027 GIANTS2027 Bronze 3G Family Membership and behind the scenes tour - Membership valued $150

First Prize to be delivered to the winner within three (3) months after the draw date.

A bonus $1,000 cash prize will be awarded to:

• The metropolitan club, association, or licensee that sells the most tickets; and
• The regional club, association, or licensee that sells the most tickets;

The Draw will take place at 3.00pm AEST on 1 October 2026, at Netball Central, 2 Olympic Boulevard, Olympic Park, NSW 2127.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

The draw will be conducted electronically using the RaffleTix random draw process and a random number generator. The winning ticket number will be selected at random from all eligible ticket numbers, with each ticket number having an equal chance of being drawn. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Participants may win more than one (1) prize if they have purchased more than one (1) ticket.

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winners' names will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.

Winners have six (6) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a prize winner does not claim their prize within six (6) months of the draw date, the prize winner forfeits the prize, and a redraw of that prize will take place at 3.00pm AEST on 1 April 2027, at Netball Central, 2 Olympic Boulevard, Olympic Park, NSW 2127. The redraw will be conducted by the Promoter.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory authorities.

NNSW is collecting your personal information ('PI') to facilitate your entry into the 2026 Hyundai Community Netball Raffle. NNSW may use and disclose your PI as set out in this statement and our Privacy Policy, available on our website: netball.com.au/privacy-policy. If you do not provide your PI, we will not be able to facilitate your entry into the 2026 Hyundai Community Netball Raffle. We may disclose your PI to other parties, including our service providers, partners and sponsors (that may be located overseas from time to time). We may use and disclose your PI to administer the 2026 Hyundai Community Netball Raffle, provide you with news, promotions and offers, to contact you to help us improve our products and services, when engaging professional advisers including accountants, auditors and lawyers, and dealing with NNSW's insurer, unless you opt out (see our Privacy Policy for details on opting out). We may also disclose your PI to our sponsors so that they can contact you directly with news, promotions and offers. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your PI, how to complain about a breach of your privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint.

NNSW may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time during the campaign period. Upon amending Terms and Conditions, we will re-post them on the Raffle Website. Participants will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions from that time. Any changes to the Promotion and/or Terms and Conditions (including prize variations, cancellation or suspension of the promotion), may be subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory authorities.
