The Narooma Oyster Festival and Batemans Bay MG are giving you a chance to WIN a 2024 MG ZS Excite in the annual Festival Raffle. This iconic not-for-profit festival is community run with the goals of attracting visitors to the NSW South Coast at a traditionally quiet time of year. It also celebrates the South Coast's classic indigenous food, the rock oyster! Proceeds go towards ensuring the festival will return in future years.

The Narooma Oyster Festival Raffle 2025 will be conducted by the Narooma Oyster Festival Ltd T/A Narooma Rocks. The benefitting organisation is Narooma Oyster Festival Ltd T/A Narooma Rocks, ABN 25 632 751 207. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am AEDT, Wednesday 5 February 2025 (in New South Wales and Queensland only). The Raffle closes at 10am AEST on 4 May 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Victoria (VIC)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- Tasmania (TAS)
- Northern Territory (NT)
- South Australia (SA)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
2500 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 11am AEST on Sunday, 4 May 2025 at Quota Park, 19 Riverside Drive, Narooma NSW 2546.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First and only prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the RaffleTix Website within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize unless the winner resides in ACT (if eligible).
If the ACT is an eligible State/Territory and the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by midnight (AEST) Tuesday, 4 June 2025, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 12pm AEST on Friday, 7 June 2025 at 158 Princes Highway, Narooma NSW 2546. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
