All winners will be responsible for any costs associated to arrange receival of their prizes. The MSOTA P&C will not be covering any costs related to freighting/postage of items.

Meekatharra School of the Air P&C 2024 Raffle will be conducted by Meekatharra School of the Air P&C. The benefitting organisation is the Meekatharra School of the Air Parents & Citizens Association ABN 29 282 810 764. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

The Raffle starts on the 29th of April, 2024. The Raffle closes on 25th July 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• Western Australia

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

2,000 tickets are available for purchase.

The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.

The Raffle will close at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

Entry is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

The Draw will take place online through Raffletix on Friday the 26th July at 9.00am.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

Draw Method

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website. Results to be published in the Western Australia Newspaper on 30 July 2024.

Winners have 30 days from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

Winners are to contact Lauren Lewis in order to claim their prize.

In the event of a Dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at msotapnc@outlook.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
