Highlands Natural was co-founded by Collaroy local Jimmy Luscombe, together with long-time friends Jake Campbell and Mat Mauger, fuelled by a shared belief in regenerative cattle farming and whole-food nutrition. Their commitment lies in working alongside nature—restoring soil vitality, supporting biodiversity, and prioritising animal welfare through regenerative practices.
Operating from Jimmy’s family property in the Southern Highlands, their cattle help regenerate the landscape, fostering a thriving ecosystem while producing premium, ethically raised, grass-fed beef. What began as a humble organic beef box initiative has grown into a range of nutrient-dense offerings, including organic bone broths, grass-fed beef tallow, and whole-food supplements—all grounded in their nose-to-tail philosophy.
