Terms and Conditions:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and hold a valid firearms license to possess and register the appropriate firearm. 
• The first ticket drawn will win first prize.  
• The second ticket drawn will win second prize.
• The third ticket drawn will win third prize.
• Images are indicative only, actual prize may vary in timber/fabric colour/shape..
• Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Firearm prizes must be redeemed via a licenced firearms dealer.
• Winners must supply their own Permit To Acquire.
• Raffle is open to residents of Victoria ONLY.
• Proceeds go towards new MCTC upgrades.
• Tickets are electronic and will be issued via email or SMS web link.
• Tickets are $75 each and numbers are limited to 500.
• A surcharge will be applied for online purchases.
• Raffle ticket sales will commence on 01 May 2025 and conclude on 12 Dec 2025 or when sold out.
• Entrants do not need to be present to win.
• The draw for the winners will take place on 13 Dec 2025 at 5:00pm, at the Mornington Clay Target Club Inc. 370 Craigie Road, Mount Martha Vic 3934.
• All winners will be notified by phone or email within two days of the winners being drawn.
• The winners will be published at https://www.facebook.com/MorningtonClayTargetClubInc on Monday 15 December 2025.
• Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, include GST and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
• Mornington Clay Target Club Inc. will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes. If any prizes remain unclaimed Mornington Clay Target Club Inc. will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
