Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club Win a Tinny!

The “WIN THIS QUINTREX TINNY, MERCURY MOTOR AND TRAILER!” competition is a major fundraising raffle assisting Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club to raise funds for the Club Building Renewal Project.

The “WIN THIS QUINTREX TINNY, MERCURY MOTOR AND TRAILER!” competition is conducted by the MAROOCHYDORE SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB INC., 34/36 Alexandra Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558, an Australian Charities and Not-for profit Commission business (ABN 33 025 273 965)

• Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over.
• Entrants must provide accurate and complete details when submitting their entry. Incomplete or false information will render the entry invalid.
• Further Entry Restrictions set out below.

• Entries open in March 2026 and close at 5pm Sunday 12 July 2026.
• Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

• The winner will be randomly selected by a secure database draw from all valid entries.
• The draw and announcement will take place in the Maroochydore
• Supporters Club section (bar & bistro level) of the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club, 34/36 Alexandra Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558 at 5.30pm on Sunday 12 July 2026.
• The winner does not need to be present at the draw to win.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry within 48 hours of the draw.
• The winner’s name will also be displayed in lifesaving and supporters club newsletters.
• The Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club raffle draw site will be updated to present the winner’s name.

• To enter, participants are able to scan the dedicated QR Code advertised or please see a dedicated Ticket Seller onsite in the Supporters Club (Maroochy Surf Club).
• The number of entries are not restricted per person

• New Aluminium trailer
• Anchor and smooth water safety kit for 3 people
• 12 months registration
• No marine licence required
• Ready for immediate use and drive away and valued at $8,900.
• Esky, 2 x 30 packs of XXXX Gold, 1 carton XXXX Ginger Beer and XXXX Ultra Zero Carb Beer to the value of $480 provided by LION.
• A selection of wines to the value of $250 provided by Angove Family Wines.
• Total prize valued at $9,630.
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control require it.

• If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency before receiving the prize.
• If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

• Failure to claim the prize within 30 days of notification may result in the prize being forfeited and redrawn at the Promoter’s discretion

• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, photo, and suburb for publicity purposes related to the Competition without further compensation.
• The winner may be invited to participate in promotional activities associated with the Competition.
• The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners.
• The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information by contacting the Promoter.

• The following are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes.
  • Members of the Management Committee and Supporters Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefiting from the raffle.
  • Employees and Contractors of the online raffle ticketing company.
  • Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw.
  • Employees of the MAROOCHYDORE SURF LIFE SAVING CLUB INC. are excluded.
• The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
  • The Organisation conducting the raffle.
  • The Organisation benefitting from the raffle.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decisions in all matters relating to the Competition are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
