Collingwood Football Club is conducting the 2026 Magpie Mega Draw with your chance to win a number of amazing prizes.

First Prize is a 2026 Crusader Caravans Musketeer Doriemus with Second Prize a KGM Musso Ultimate XLV Dual Cab Ute.

1. This fundraising activity (the "Activity") is conducted by Collingwood Football Club Limited of Corner of Olympic Boulevard & Batman Avenue, Olympic Park, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004, telephone (03) 8412 0000 (the "Organiser"). This Activity is conducted in accordance with applicable lottery, gaming and fundraising laws in each relevant State and Territory.
2. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Activity is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS, SA and QLD residents aged 18 years or over.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Organiser and agencies associated with this Activity are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, parent-in-law, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Entries into the Activity open on 01/07/26 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 23/09/26 (“Activity Period”).
6. To enter, individuals must purchase a raffle ticket via one of the following methods during the Activity Period:
   1. Purchase online by scanning the QR Code that will be displayed on the Big Screen at a Collingwood Football Club home game or through authorised third party representatives, following the prompts to the ticket purchase page, inputting all requested details and completing the purchase; or
   2. Purchase online by visiting 2026 Magpie Mega Draw following the prompts to the ticket purchase page, inputting all requested details and completing the purchase; or  
   3. Purchase from, and provide all relevant details to, a ticket seller appointed by the Organiser or one of the Organiser's representatives at any one of the following:
      • (i) an open training session or event at the KGM Centre on the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue, Melbourne, VIC, 3000.
      • (ii) at a Collingwood Football Club home game.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: only one (1) entry permitted per ticket purchased.
8. Entrants must retain a copy of their ticket for all entries as proof of purchase.
9. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Organiser has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Activity. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Organiser's discretion. Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Organiser's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. The Organiser may engage third party service providers to facilitate the conduct of the Activity, including ticket sales platforms and authorised sellers.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, data breaches, or failures of such third parties. Entrants acknowledge that participation in the Activity may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third parties.
14. The draw will take place at a nominated meeting room within the Collingwood Training and Administration Centre, which is located at KGM Centre, Crn Olympic Blvd and Batman Ave, Olympic Blvd, Melbourne 3000 on 24/09/26 at 10am AEDT, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
15. The Organiser may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
16. Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and will be published (initial, surname and postcode) on www.collingwoodfc.com.au on 28/09/2026.
17. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The first valid entry drawn will win a prize pack consisting of:
    • One (1) x 2026 Crusader Caravans Musketeer (Model Doriemus) valued at up to $111,166.
19. The second valid entry drawn will win a prize pack consisting of:
    • One (1) x 2026 KGM Musso Ultimate XLV Dual Cab Ute (grey colour only) valued at up to $51,500.
20. The third valid entry drawn will win a prize pack consisting of:
    • One (1) x Myer personal shopping experience with a stylist to the value of $6,000. Available at any local Myer location.
21. The fourth valid entry drawn will win a prize pack consisting of:
    • A TaylorMade golf set including one (1) x Qi4D Driver (valued at $1,079), one (1) x Qi4D Fairway Wood (valued at $629), one (1) x set Qi Max Irons (4 iron, 5 iron, 6 iron, 7iron, 8iron, 9iron, pitching wedge) (valued at $1,674), one (1) x Milled Grind Chrome 56.12 Wedge (valued at $209), one (1) x Spider ZT Putter (valued at $799), one (1) x TM26 Tour Stand Bag (valued at $599), one (1) x Set CFC x TaylorMade golf balls (valued at $11). (Personal fitting is not covered in the prize pool and will be at the expense of the drawn winner).
22. The following conditions apply to the caravan and vehicle prizes:
    • a) the prize values for the Crusader Caravans and KGM Musso vehicle include registration, compulsory third party insurance (if applicable), stamp duty (if applicable) and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Organiser may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options) with the caravan, subject to availability but the Musso vehicle will be grey in colour. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Crusader Musketeer or KGM dealership as applicable.  
    • b) If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle or caravan in their own name, then the winner may assign the vehicle or caravan to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Organiser takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Organiser with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Organiser before the vehicle or caravan is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Organiser in its discretion.
23. Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Organiser will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
24. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Organiser, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
25. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
26. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or the Activity or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority and applicable law.
27. Total prize pool value is AU $173,666.
28. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
29. Unclaimed Prizes
    How unclaimed prizes are dealt with will dependent based on the State of residence of the original winner, and will be managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, as set out below:
    • a) VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS and SA residents: A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 24/09/27 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and will be published (initial, surname and postcode) on www.collingwoodfc.com.au on 27/09/26.
    • b) QLD residents: Subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the winner will have thirty-six (36) months from the original draw date to claim their prize.
30. Entrants consent to the Organiser using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Activity (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organiser.
31. If this Activity is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity, as appropriate.
32. Any cost associated with accessing the Activity website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
33. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
34. There will be a maximum of 34,000 tickets available for purchase for this Activity. The ticket price options are: 1 ticket for $25.00, 2 tickets for $50.00, 5 tickets for $100.00, 10 tickets for $200.00, 25 tickets for $500.00.
35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Organiser (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Activity.
36. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Organiser (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organiser's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organiser) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of / taking of the prize.
37. As a condition of accepting the prize, a/the winner (and his/her/their companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Organiser and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a winner's companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.
38. The Organiser collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Activity and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Organiser will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://membership.collingwoodfc.com.au/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy, the Organiser may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and by entering this Raffle you consent to receive such communications, unless you opt out at the time of entry (where available) or subsequently in accordance with this clause. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications from the Organiser at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in electronic communications or by contacting the Organiser via the details set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Organiser. Unless otherwise indicated by the Organiser, the Organiser may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Organiser’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the Activity, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Organiser is not liable in this regard.
