Terms & Conditions

Draw Details: Closes at 8:30pm Friday, 12 December 2025. The draw will be conducted by representatives of the Lyndoch Street Party Committee.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. Winning ticket numbers and first initial / surname will be published on the Lyndoch Street Party Facebook page.

Eligibility: Persons must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets.

Alcohol Prizes: Alcohol will not be supplied to persons under 18. Photo ID may be required for collection.

Prize Collection & Delivery: Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the draw, unless otherwise negotiated. For the “Half a Zerk Farm Steer” option, processing and pick-up arrangements will be made directly between the winners. Prizes cannot be converted to cash.

Non-Transferable: Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for alternative goods or services.

Substitution: If any prize or component becomes unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Disputes: The decision of the Lyndoch Street Party Committee is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Funds Raised: All proceeds go directly toward funding the Lyndoch Street Party and future community events.
