The Raffle starts on 16 September 2026.

The Raffle closes at 15 December 2026 (11am). No entries will be accepted after this time.

The Raffle Website will be accessible from: www.raffletix.com.au/luxurythailand2026

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• New South Wales (NSW)
• Queensland (QLD)
• Victoria (VIC)
• Tasmania (TAS)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefitting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

2,000 tickets are available for purchase.

Raffle tickets are offered as individual tickets and discounted bundles to encourage participants to purchase multiple tickets:

1 ticket – $20
3 tickets – $50
7 tickets – $100 (Best Value)

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The Draw will take place on 15 December 2026 (12:00pm AEST), at 2/3 Hastings Rd Terrigal NSW 2260.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

The draw will be conducted electronically using the RaffleTix random draw process and a random number generator. The winning ticket number will be selected at random from all eligible ticket numbers, with each ticket number having an equal chance of being drawn. 

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Hands Across the Water Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.

Winner has three (3) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize (the Prize Claim Date).

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter will conduct a redraw to allocate the unclaimed Prize, subject to any applicable regulatory approval. 

The redraw, if required, will take place as follows:

• Date: 25 December 2026 (being seven (7) days after the Prize Claim Date).
• Time: 10:00am (AEST).
• Location: 2/3 Hastings Rd Terrigal NSW 2260.

The redraw will be conducted in the same manner as the original Draw. Any winner selected in a redraw will be notified and their details published in accordance with the Notification and Publication of Winners section of these Terms and Conditions.

If required, additional redraws will be conducted at the same time and location on subsequent business days until all Prizes have been allocated.

If a Prize remains unclaimed following all redraws, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, to sell that Prize. Any proceeds arising from such a sale will be applied by the Promoter for not-for-profit purposes. 

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter's Privacy Officer at team@handsgroup.org.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
