About Women's Legal Service Qld 

All funds raised from this raffle will go towardsthe 2025 Dancing CEOs campaign to raise funds for Women’s Legal Service Qld.

WLSQ provides lifechanging and life-saving support to women and children impacted by domestic and family violence. In 2022-23, WLSQ provided 45,000+ services to women impacted by domestic violence. The service helped over 14,000 women from 94 differing language groups, 75% of whom had children in their care. Their Statewide Helpline answered over 16,000 calls from women seeking free legal and social services. This year, the number of calls made to their Helpline has increased by 28%, demonstrating the growing demand for their vital services.

Terms and Conditions

The Raffle will be conducted by Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited, ABN 72 685 598 982. Women’s Legal Service Queensland Limited is a registered charity.  

The Raffle closes at 11am AEST on Wednesday, 8 January 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Open to residents of Queensland (QLD) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Ticket sales are NOT PERMITTED for residents of New South Wales (NSW), Western Australia (WA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), Victoria (VIC) or South Australia (SA). 

There are 1,500 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $10 each, or 3 tickets for $20, 5 tickets for $30, 8 tickets for $45, and17 tickets for $90.

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase one or more raffle tickets from the raffle website.

There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability.

If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.

The Draw will take place at 12:00pm  AEST on Wednesday, 8 January 2025, at 5 Ponsonby Street, Annerley, Qld.

The winner will be drawn online. The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within four (4) business days of being drawn (by 3 April 2025).  Prize Winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website.

Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

The prize is valid for 12 months.
