Taverners Australia Lord's Cricket Test Final Raffle

The prize includes 2 tickets to days 1 - 4 of the Test Championship Final at Lord's in London, Australia V South Africa. Prize includes a $5,000 Qantas gift card as well as $2,000 spending money

Lord's Cricket Test Final Raffle will be conducted by Taverners Australia National Office Inc.via its nominee, Taverners Australia. The benefitting organisation is Taverners Australia National Office Inc ABN 57801370131, a not-for-profit organisation.

The Raffle starts at 8.00 am on 26 April 2025.

The Raffle closes at midnight 25 May 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:

• Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
• New South Wales (NSW)
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Queensland (QLD)
• South Australia (SA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Victoria (VIC)
• Western Australia (WA)

Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.

No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.

Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Value of goods is based on retail price including GST.

Travel

The Qantas Gift Card $5,000 is issued subject to the Qantas terms and conditions

Specific Qantas conditions relating to the Qantas travel:

1. Prize consists of a Qantas contra (UATP) account, credited with $5,000 AUD (incl GST)
2. Bookings must be made and ticketed by Qantas and are valid on Qantas operated services only.
3. The Account Holder is responsible for the use of the UATP and the expenditure incurred
4. Amounts credited to the UATP must be used within 12 months of the deposit date
5. A UATP credit balance or part thereof, is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
6. Qantas nor Taverners will not refund any costs incurred by fraudulent use of the UATP
7. Travel booked with a UATP does not attract Qantas Frequent Flyer points
8. UATP will not allow a ticket to be issued when the limit has been reached. A standard threshold will apply to avoid any transaction over the available limit.
9. UATP Eligible Purchases
   • Qantas marketed and operated flights
   • Qantas Additional Baggage Allowance
   • Qantas Advance Seat Selection
10. UATP cannot be used for:
    • Private, Promotional, APoSD, Route Deal and Retail Net fares
    • Products on the Qantas Frequent Flyer Store and Qantas Wine
    • Hotel bookings, car rentals, airport travels, and any other non-air travel related products
11. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. No changes are permitted to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited.
12. Qantas Airways Limited, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Qantas will not be liable for any taxation, including FBT that may be levied as a result of winning.

General

• Prize does not include travel insurance, passport costs, nor travel between home and capital city airport in Australia.

Cricket Tickets to the World Cricket Championship Test

• These tickets cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold by any means including sites such as E Bay, Amazon, Gumtree or similar.
• If the tickets cannot be used by the winner they must be returned to the Taverners at 70 Iris Road Glen Iris, 3146

The Draw will take place at 4.00pm 26 May 2025 at level 7/154 Melbourne Street South Brisbane

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.

An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.

Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. The Prize Winner's name will be published on the Raffle Website as well as on www.taverners.org from 28 May 2025

Winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.

If the raffle is open in the ACT, and the Winner resides in the ACT, and they do not claim their prize by 30 days from RaffleDrawDate a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 27 June, at level 7/154 Melbourne Street South Brisbane. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date of the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. For any redraw the same notification and publication arrangements will apply and the results will be publicised in the same manner two days after the re draw.

Winners are to contact the Promoter to claim their prize.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.

The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at jjeff007@bigpond.net.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.

Ticket purchaser personal information

The promoter will collect and hold the details provided when tickets are purchased (with the exception of credit card details). These details may be used for future promotion by the promoter for future events, raffles or other purposes. The promoter undertakes to remove any purchaser information upon a reasonable request to do so.
