ABOUT THE RAFFLE
Promoter
Let's Go Greek Raffle 2025 will be conducted by the The Hellenic Orthodox Community of Parramatta and Districts. The benefitting organisation is The Hellenic Orthodox Community of Parramatta and Districts (ABN 94 000 387 324). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12 am (AEST) on Monday, 25 August 2025. The Raffle closes at 7.30 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 21 September 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is currently open to residents in New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Residents in the Victoria (VIC), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Tasmania (TAS), and Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) and South Australia (SA) are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee conducting the raffle from The HOCPD;
- Employees of The HOCPD;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix; or
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw.

First Prize: Cash prize of $20,000.

Third Prize: Bowerhaus Classic elegant triple-strand white round pearl necklace paired with matching earrings, exuding timeless sophistication – valued at $4,200.

Fourth Prize: Aussie Skip Bin Vouchers valued at $3,000 – Sponsored by Aussie Skips.

Fifth Prize: Alpha Dining Experience for 10 people – valued at $1,200.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Airfares must be used within 12 months of the draw date, capped at $5,000 for two economy tickets and are non transferrable.

Maximum number of tickets
7996 tickets are available for purchase at a cost of:
- 1 ticket for $20
- 3 tickets for $50
- 7 tickets for $100
- 15 tickets for $200
- 24 tickets for $300
- 33 tickets for $400
- 45 tickerts for $500
- 100 tickets for $1,000

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at approx 9 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 21 September 2025, at 163 - 165 George St Parramatta, NSW 2150. The Raffle will close at 7:30 pm.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket will be drawn by a computer based random raffle generator. First prize will be drawn first.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Lets Go Greek Festival Parramatta Facebook page within 3 business days of being drawn.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
