Eliahi from Priest Jewellers and Jo Cook Artist are thrilled to announce a joint RAFFLE with proceeds to Katie Rose Hospice, a charity dear to their hearts. First prize is a Jo Cook original framed artwork ‘Let me out of this box’ and a gorgeous 9ct gold tourmaline and diamond pendant . The runner up receives a print of the piece. ABOUT KATIE ROSE COTTAGE - PALLIATIVE CARE HOSPICE

Katie Rose Cottage Hospice, is a fully accredited not-for-profit Palliative Care Hospice for those in our community facing end-of-life.

Located in Doonan, Katie Rose Cottage is a world-class facility, providing exceptional, compassionate, Palliative Care 24/7, to our guests facing life-ending illnesses, at NO COST to them or their family.

Our dedicated paid specialist palliative care nurses offer round-the-clock care, and are supported by 240 volunteers including garden, maintenance, finance and hospice support and in our Op Shops which provide vital funds.

The hospice is predominantly community funded, with approximately 35% of our annual $1.3 MILLION clinical operational costs are funded by Qld Health.

Katie Rose Cottage is the ONLY hospice offering this kind of care at NO COST in the region.

We believe that the end-of-life should be just as beautiful as the beginning. 

Hospice care allows carers and family the opportunity to relinquish the carer role, giving families the chance to share special moments together and our guest the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality of life for as long as they have.

Housing 3 private bedrooms (soon to be 5), each guest has their own ensuite bathroom and a beautiful view over the manicured gardens.

We provide end-of life care to over 110 guests from our community each year, and will be able to assist more, when our facility is expanded to 5 rooms, in 2025.
