About the Raffle
Promoter
The Raffle will be conducted by St Joseph’s Parents & Friends Association (ABN: 65 415 714 214) of 30 Eldorado Street, Bracken Ridge QLD 4017. The benefiting organisation is St Joseph’s Parents and Friends Association, a not for profit organisation.
Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 8am AEST on Monday, 8th April 2024. The Promotion closes at 1.30pm AEST on Saturday, 8th June 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
- Queensland (QLD)
- New South Wales (NSW)
Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
- Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
The Prizes
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Maximum number of tickets
23,000 tickets are available for purchase.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Draw Details
The draw will take place at 2.30pm AEST on Saturday, 8th June 2024 at 30 Eldorado Street, Bracken Ridge QLD 4017.
Draw Method
A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel. The first prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn by Tuesday, 11th June 2024. Prize Winners’ names will be published on the Raffle Website and the St Joseph’s Fete website and Facebook pages.
Prize Claim Date
The winner has 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
