For 75 years, the Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust has helped Brisbane's most vulnerable and disadvantaged residents not only navigate hardship, but flourish.

Through grants, advocacy and meaningful connections, the Trust supports charities that provide essential services, hope and opportunity to people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, food insecurity, disability, illness and social isolation.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we reflect on the thousands of lives touched through the generosity of Brisbane's community and the dedication of the charities working tirelessly to create lasting change.

Just as every garden begins with a single seed, every act of generosity helps something extraordinary grow. Every raffle ticket purchased will help nurture the work of more than 100 charities across Brisbane, ensuring support reaches those who need it most.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Validity Period: This voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of the raffle draw. The event booking must take place on or before the expiry date listed on the voucher.

Included Package: The prize includes our Lite Golf Simulator setup (up to 4 hours of hire) including staff to run the activity.

Upgrades Available: The winner may upgrade to a larger simulator enclosure (e.g., Golf Tent or Full Simulator) or extend the hire duration for an additional fee, subject to equipment availability.

Service Area & Delivery: Free delivery, setup, and pack-down are included within Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (within a 35km radius of Brisbane CBD). Locations outside this zone may incur a travel surcharge.

Redemption & Booking: All bookings must be made in advance by emailing info@golfanywhere.com.au with your preferred date, time, venue address, and voucher code. Bookings are subject to date and equipment availability.

Peak Date & Public Holiday Exclusions: Redemptions are subject to schedule availability and exclude major public holidays (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and Easter weekend).

On-Site Staffing & Operation: The setup includes basic on-site instruction upon delivery. If a dedicated Golf Anywhere operator/host is required for the duration of the event, an additional staffing fee will apply.

Venue Requirements: The setup area must be flat, level ground with minimum clearance dimensions of 3m (W) x 4m (L) x 3m (H). Access to a standard 240V power outlet is required within 20m of the setup area. Outdoor setups must be completely under cover and protected from rain, wind, and direct sunlight.

Guest Safety & Equipment Care: The voucher holder/host is responsible for maintaining a safe event environment and ensuring guests follow all operating instructions. The holder assumes responsibility for any malicious damage or loss to equipment during the hire period.

Transferability & Cash Value: This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Once a booking date is confirmed, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required to reschedule. Rescheduled dates remain subject to the original 6-month voucher expiry.
