2024 It's a Bloke Thing Major Raffle

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australia.  In the early 'curable' stages of prostate cancer, there are often no symptoms.  This is why the It's a Bloke Thing Foundation's purpose is to spread awareness, support men and their families, and by working together, we hope to find a cure for this insidious disease. Promoter

The 2024 It's a Bloke Thing Major Raffle will be conducted by the Its a Bloke Thing Foundation. The benefitting organisation is The Its a Bloke Thing Foundation  ABN 28758925428. The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 8.00am AEST on 4th June 2024. The Raffle closes at 3.30pm AEST on 16th August 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: QLD and NSW (NSW to be added pending approval) aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
2. Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
3. Any other person directly engaged in managing the raffle or conducting the draw; or
4. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family means a person's spouse (including de-facto spouse), parents, children, and any other family members residing at the same premises as the person.

The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

• The Organisation conducting the raffle;
• The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.

The Prizes

The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

35000 tickets are available for purchase.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport at 3.30pm AEST on Friday, 16th August 2024.

Draw Method

A manual draw will be conducted. First and only prize will be drawn first.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone on the day of the draw and emailed within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners' name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.

Prize Claim Date

Winners have 36 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.

If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
