TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter
Howlong Golf Resort Major Car Raffle 2025 will be conducted by Howlong Golf Resort (ABN: 92 001 023 516) of 186 Golf Club Drive, Howlong NSW 2643. The benefiting organisation is Howlong Golf Resort, a not-for-profit organisation.
Raffle Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12.00pm AEST on Monday, 9 June 2025. The Raffle closes at 7pm AEDT on Saturday, 15 November 2025, or when all tickets are sold. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle:
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Queensland (QLD)
- Victoria (VIC)
Residents of any other State and Territory not listed above are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.
Entry Restrictions
The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- Members of the Management Committee from the Organisation conducting the raffle or benefitting from the raffle;
- Employees of Howlong Golf Resort;
- Employees and Contractors of RaffleTix;
- Employees of the Howlong Golf Resort
- Any other person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the raffle or conducting the draw.
The following entities are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:
- The Organisation conducting the raffle;
- The Organisation benefiting from the raffle.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, a person drawn as the winner of a prize must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a prize. If they do not do this promptly to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, the Promoter may redraw the prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that person forfeits any right to claim the prize.
Maximum Number of Tickets
2,500 tickets are available for purchase at $50 each.
The ticket price options can be seen under the Buy Tickets section on the raffle website.
Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open, and tickets are available.
Prize Details
The prizes, including all relevant Terms and Conditions relating to the prizes, can be seen under the Prizes heading on the raffle website.
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place at 7.30pm AEDT on Saturday, 15th November 2025 at 186 Golf Club Drive, Howlong NSW 2643.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter.
Draw Method
An electronic draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn (Wednesday, 19th November 2025). Prize Winner's names will be published on the Raffle Website and the Howlong Golf Resort website and Facebook pages.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date in which to claim their prize.
If the raffle is open in the ACT, and the Winner resides in the ACT, and they do not claim their prize by midnight AEDT, 15 December 2025 a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 12pm AEDT on 17 December 2025 at 186 Golf Club Drive, Howlong NSW 2643. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date of the redraw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.
Winners are to contact operations@howlonggolf.com.au in order to claim their prize.
If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the raffle Promoter will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the Complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Promoter will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory Authorities.
Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant who opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at operations@howlonggolf.com.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
