About HOPE
Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation Inc (HOPE) is a community based care orgnisation that works in collaboration with Cambodian Government and Non-Government Agencies to assist poor and underprivileged children and their families to recreate better living conditions. Through the holisitc approach of Health, Social Welfare and Education, HOPE works with each family to ultimately find their pathway to independence.
About the Raffle
The Hope Art Union Lottery 2022 - 2023 will be conducted by the Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation Inc. The benefitting organisation is the Hope for Cambodian Children Foundation Inc (ABN 82 131 966 197). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.
The Raffle starts at 9.00am (AEST) on Friday, 7 October 2022. The Raffle closes at 9am AEST on Friday, 8 December 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing a ticket in the Raffle.
Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or it's Management Committee including *immediate family members.
*Immediate family means a person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person
You may not enter the Art Union in the name of a corporate entity, a trust, a self-managed superannuation fund or other fund, an unincorporated association or a syndicate. Any entry you are named ‘as trustee for’ is also ineligible.
1000 Tickets are available for purchase, for $1000 each. Tickets can be purchased by clicking 'Buy Tickets'. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact RaffleTix direct at support@raffletix.com.au for details.
The Draw will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on Friday, 8 December 2023, at Skytower Building, 222 Margaret Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
A manual draw will be conducted. First prize will be drawn first, followed by all other prizes in descending order.
Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize winners name will be published on the Raffle Website and the HOPE website and Facebook pages by Wednesday, 13 December 2023. Please check the websites and the aforementioned for details.
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. Winners are to contact contact@hopeartunion.com.au in order to claim their prize.
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
