headspace 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final Raffle Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The headspace 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final Raffle (Raffle) will be conducted by headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation Ltd (ABN  26 137 533 843) (headspace). The benefitting organisation of the Raffle is headspace. headspace is a not-for-profit organisation and is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission. The Raffle is supported by the AFL: AFL Authorised GF Promotion: GFAFL24/159.  

Raffle Promotion Period

The Raffle starts at 9:00am (AEST) Thursday 12 September 2024. The Raffle closes at 9:00am (AEST) Tuesday 24 September 2024. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States/Entry Restrictions

Entry is open to residents of the following States/Territories: aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

• Victoria

Residents of any other States and Territories not listed above are not permitted to enter the Raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

The following people are not eligible to enter and are not eligible for any prizes:

1. Employees or officers of headspace or RaffleTix;
2. Any person directly engaged in managing the organisation of the Raffle or conducting the draw; or
3. Any immediate family members of any of the above. Immediate family is defined as a spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), grand child or step-grandchild, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Entry Procedure

To enter the Raffle, entrants must, during the Raffle Promotion Period, visit the Raffle Website and purchase a ticket, including providing all details requested.

Each raffle ticket will receive 1 entry to this Raffle.

Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. 

The Prizes

One (1) prize will be drawn, which consists of:

• Two (2) x Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets valued at $493 each ticket; and
• Two (2) x AFL Grand Final Eve Lunch tickets valued at $400 each ticket.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prize images may be for illustrative purposes only and are not necessarily an image of the actual prize.

Maximum number of tickets

710 tickets are available for purchase at $15.

Further Conditions of the Raffle

headspace may in its absolute discretion:

• refuse entries which are incomplete, illegible, or which are generated by computers or other automated means;
• declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and/or prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Raffle if the entrant:
  • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • tampers or interferes with the entry process or conduct of the Raffle; or
  • engages in conduct in relation to this Raffle which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to headspace’s reputation.

If requested by headspace, entrants must produce documentation to establish to headspace’s satisfaction the validity of entrant’s entries and identity prior to the entrant being awarded a Prize.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place at 10:00 AM (AEST) on 24  September 2024 at Level 2, South Tower, 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.

Draw Method

Draw method: An electronic draw will be conducted providing a random and equal chance of being drawn. Only one prize will be drawn.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winner will be contacted by phone and email within 1 business day of being drawn. Prize winner’s name will be published on the Raffle Website within 3 business days of being drawn.

Privacy

Entrants to the Raffle acknowledge and agree that they will be required to provide certain personal information about them in order to enter the Raffle and for headspace to conduct the Raffle and identify and locate prize winners, including but not limited to entrant full name, date of birth, address, and contact details. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Raffle. headspace will handle entrant personal information in accordance applicable privacy laws including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy found here: https://headspace.org.au/privacy-policy/.  The RaffleTix privacy policy is found here: https://www.raffletix.com.au/privacy 

Prize Claim Date

Winner will be notified within 1 business day of being drawn. Winner must accept their prize within 2 days and confirm the full name and details of the person receiving the prize. 

The prize (tickets) will be emailed by Thursday, 26 September 2024. Tickets are non-transferable.
